  • FIRST CENTRAL STATE BANK RAISES $2,700 FOR INFORMATION, REFERRAL AND ASSISTANCE SERVICES

    First Central State Bank raised more than $2,700 for an area non-profit through its Grilling For Charity fundraiser.
     
    Thanks to community members dining at the First Central State Bank Lincoln Way location in Clinton, $2,727.25 was raised for Information, Referral and Assistance Services in Clinton. The non-profit acts as a clearinghouse for a local network made up of more than 200 local human service agencies, churches and civic organizations.
     
    This is the ninth year for Grilling For Charity, an event where First Central State Bank provides all the food and volunteers, and a nonprofit recipient is selected for each event.
     
    Grilling for Charity events throughout the Ohnward Bancshares, Inc. footprint in 2018 totaled $19,548.
