Pre-Meeting Consultation
The Clinton Convention & visitors Bureau will
schedule a consultation session to gather essential information
regarding your meeting requirements.
Itinerary Planning
Let us help you entertain your guests after the
day's meetings are through.
Space Arrangements
Reservations, bidding and other arrangements will
be provided according to the requirements emphasized during our
pre-meeting conference.
Group Hotel Bid
After determining your needs, the Convention
& Visitors Bureau will send out your bid specifications to the
venues that most meet your needs.
Site Inspection
The Clinton Convention & Visitors Bureau will
set facility tours to determine that your specifications are met.
Promotional Materials
Excite and inform your attendees with our
four-minute video, which includes attraction and event information for
the Clinton area.
Hub and Spoke Tours
Let us introduce you to the scenic Eastern Iowa,
Western Illinois area with tours customized to your timing. Let
our step-on-guide service provide a talking pictorial of Clinton's
past, present and future.
Transportation
The Clinton Convention & Visitors Bureau will
assist you with any needed local transportation during your visit to
Clinton.

Wild Rose Casino & Resort
Clinton’s newest banquet center is
slated to open in mid 2008. The banquet facilities
will be part of a 115,000 square-foot land based facility, which will
also include a 28,000 square-foot single level casino, 60 room hotel,
1000 seat events center, and themed restaurant and buffet.
