Carol Grew up in the rural Midwest, one of 14 siblings. She started writing as a child and penned her first romantic historical novel at age 11. Writing shadowed everything as she built her career and focused on her family.
She recently returned home to slow down a bit and carve out more time for her hobby. She currently lives in a small Iowa town with her family, in a 1918 American Four Square home that they have been renovating, working at their own pace, and learning a lot along the way.
Carol is the founder of her local writers' club, The Red Barn Writers' Guild. She has 2 books, "Rescuing Love" written in 2014 and "Seed of Hope" written in 2016.
